For £50 we can collect up to the following quantities of rubbish:

  • 100 kilos of mixed rubbish
  • A few large items (bikes / bed-side tables / garden chairs)
  • A dumpy bag size of rubbish

Just so you know, there are some items we cannot accept or may cost more for specialist disposal.

Some items we cannot accept or are priced individually, are as follows:

  • Any liquids, including oil and paints
  • Some treated woods
  • Asbestos
  • Hazardous waste
  • Upholstered seating, like sofas, armchairs, pouffes etc.
  • Fridges, freezers and fridge freezers
  • Televisions and monitors

What to do with your unwanted things

When you find yourself with unwanted items, it’s sometimes hard to know how to dispose of them.

It’s always best to consider recycling your items. There are many ways to recycle, which might include upgrading - such as re-painting or offering for-sale or free-to-good-home on websites like Gumtree.

If recycling yourself isn’t an option, then we can take care of it for you. We use local waste management services who keep over 95% of waste out of landfill.

What rubbish will be removed?

We can remove most types of rubbish, such as: metal, untreated wood, cardboard, plastics, rubble, soil, plasterboard and insulation, but there are some types of rubbish which are not allowed or are priced individually. See our restricted items list.

How much rubbish can you have taken away?

We're happy to collect small amounts of rubbish and our prices start from £50 for 100 kilos of rubbish for 1 dumpy bag size (1 cubic yard) but we can give you a no obligation quote for larger amounts. There’s no limit to how much rubbish you can have removed and we can collect up to 7 cubic yards per trip.

Should you use a rubbish removal service, like ours, or hire a skip?

A skip is a popular way of getting rid of your unwanted rubbish.

With a skip, you’ll have to load the rubbish yourself or hire someone to load the skip for you.

You may need a permit from the council to place the skip on the pavement or road.

A rubbish removal service, like ours, can be a much easier way of getting rid of your rubbish. It's often less expensive than a skip, your rubbish gets loaded for you and your unwanted items get taken away as soon as they've been loaded
