For £50 we can collect one of the following quantities:

• 100 kilos of mixed rubbish
• A few large items (bikes / bed-side tables / garden chairs)
• A dumpy bag size of rubbish

Why choose our house clearance service rather than booking a skip?

Often, our house, garage, shed or loft clearance is cheaper than skip hire, even though we load your unwanted items for you.

If you need to place a skip on the road or pavement, you'll need to pay for a permit in advance from the council. Sometimes skip hire comes with pre-arranged permits but you will still have to pay.

When you book an appointment with us, we'll turn up at a pre-agreed time and once we're loaded, your unwanted items are taken straight away.

For skip hire, you may have to wait for your skip to arrive and again wait for your skip to be collected. Your skip may sit at your home for days - looking unsightly and tempting passers-by to add to your load, and add to the cost.
