Why choose our yard clearance service rather than booking a skip?
Often, our yard, warehouse, storage unit or storage area clearance is cheaper than skip hire, even though we load your rubbish for you.
When you book an appointment with us, we'll turn up at a pre-agreed time and once we're loaded, your rubbish is taken straight-away.
For skip hire, you may have to wait for your skip to arrive and again wait for your skip to be collected. Your skip may sit at your site for days - taking up important, useable and costly space. You'll also need to pay for a permit if your skip goes on the road or pavement.
We like to keep your yard clearance as simple and straightforward as possible, we just Tip-and-Tow.
What yard clearance items can I have removed?
Typical types of your yard rubbish are acceptable, such as: broken pallets, broken fencing, commercial waste, plastic containers, ceramic and metals etc.

How much will yard clearance cost?
Our yard clearance service cost can vary depending on the type of waste being collected.
For mixed waste, our prices start from £50 - and for that we will collect up to 100 kilos, a dumpy bag size or a few large items, such as: broken pallets, canteen chairs, a desk.
A full trailer of mixed general household waste will cost £280 per load (7 cubic yards). The cost reduces for clean loads such as, all-wood loads or all-metal loads etc. so, separating your waste can save you money.
